Show us your Pu55Y !!

I've been wanting to do this thread with that title for so long now.For the avoidance of any unfortunate misunderstandings which will just give the mods a lot of unneccesary work this thread is for CAT PICTURES.

Here's the bestest cat in the world, to start us off.

His name is BlackJack, his mortal remains lie at the bottom of our garden, but he lives on in my memory, and at the place where he last lived, there is a Blue Plaque commemorating his life set discreetly above the front door and under the fire escape. He taught us an awful lot about cats, and psychic phenomena, and genuine, un-alloyed love and trust.

  • It sounds great - a frog orchestra? Open mouth

Cat Bod just turned up and decided to live with us. One of my housemates said he was an 'odd bod' and so Bod became his name...

But a few months later two boys came to the door and said Bod was their cat and was actually called Mittens.. but that we could keep him because they'd got a puppy in the meantime...

So Bod stayed and became a student house cat.

  • All ur cats are adorable. I don't own a cat, not allowed one cause my dad's allergic to the fur, anyway I did read a cool cat fact that petting a cat for 10mins reduces ur stress hormones and that's why they recommend cats and dogs if you got bad anxiety and its why u feel better when ur with pets.

  • I'mmmmmmmm Freeeeeeee!

  • Bod was a favourite program of mine, Alberto Frog and his orchestra!

  • All these cats are lovely! Slight smile

This is wonderful Nia, my neighbour's cat, who comes to visit me most days. Slight smile

  • This is my cat when I was a student, his name was Bod. He was a soft, sweet cat, but he hated the tabby next door. There were frequent cat wars!

He came to live with me after University Blush

  • I was wondering what I was about to see when I clicked itSee no evil

  • That’s a terrible double entendre, I quite remember Mrs Slocombe mentioning hers in “Are You Being Served!” Grimacing

  • Good grief.. that’s a hell of title..Sweat smile

Hope, my kitten, on my shoulder!

    Pieces of Eight!

  • He's cute. We had a cat that my mum called Honky Cat because she was a fan of Elton John and cats.

  • This is Charlie cat, he is 15 and is still totally black apart from one white whisker. His predecessor was identical and called Korky Cat, No.1 cat was called Monty.

  • I'm so glad you started this thread. It's a nice balance to all the canine postings.

I'd love to post a picture of my cat but I might as well put a picture of my face here instead as she would most certainly identify me.

  • The yawn (or roar) is my fav pic.  You are lucky to have enjoyed the connections you describe.  It is magical.....and I personally think, nothing better in this world.
