What have you done today?

Hope

I went food shopping, which was stressful because I had to walk back home carrying my heavy backpack in the baking sun. Then I went out and met my two friends, who, like me, have AS, at a nice tea room. I finally went to Oxfam where I did some voluntary work, steaming and pricing clothes, and chatting with the other volunteers

  • Thus far, I have woken up; ish. I have micturated. Also I performed some of my daily oral hygiene routine, I have come on here to check to see the amount of Autistical  correspondence there has been over night. I feel a stool is being readied for dispatch within the next 60 minutes. It is 08.00hrs exactly, right now.
