I went food shopping, which was stressful because I had to walk back home carrying my heavy backpack in the baking sun. Then I went out and met my two friends, who, like me, have AS, at a nice tea room. I finally went to Oxfam where I did some voluntary work, steaming and pricing clothes, and chatting with the other volunteers

    Went to work as usual,started a new job but my work involves construction so a job could be one day or several months in length.

    I prefer longer contracts as I don't like change or uncertainty. I can be in charge/responsible for one or six men,a constant balancing act.I get the jobs that have to be very accurate and also any jobs with tricky customers.I do huge amounts of written form filling and am a safety supervisor. I literally adapt who I am depending on the need at the time. Mr Ben,
