What have you done today?

I went food shopping, which was stressful because I had to walk back home carrying my heavy backpack in the baking sun. Then I went out and met my two friends, who, like me, have AS, at a nice tea room. I finally went to Oxfam where I did some voluntary work, steaming and pricing clothes, and chatting with the other volunteers

  • Hi hope! You did well finding a small university you thrived in. I still live at home with my dad. I go to oxfam 2 or 3 times a week in the afternoons. How many days do you go to oxfam? Do you do a full day or half a day like me? Which is your favourite job at oxfam? I still have not recieved the part for my washing machine so am having to take my washing to the laundrette with my dad on fridays! I have started to go a bit more regurlarly to the day centre now, about twice a week in the mornings. Its not right government making cuts to vital services when they managed to find money to bail out banks and give millions of pounds to overseas aid! There determined to make the lives of the elderly and disabled peoples lives a misery. Have been a bit stressed today as was getting non stop nuisance calls from this man i used to be friends with at the day centre. Have had to unplug the phone but was worried i couldnt go on the internet as my broadband is connected to the phone line!
