How easy is it to break one of your bones? I heard twisting your wrist round can break it is that true?
i think i fractured one of my little toes but i cannot confirm that as the NHS refuses to do anything about it and instead sent me a google search link on broken toes as a form of "help" for me lol
and i did it by getting drunk on vodka, then accidently kicking my barbell plate weights
