 I chose mine because I am very proud of being autistic and part of an Ausomely Autistic Community!

My full name is Dogtooth Cowboy and has two meanings. My lower canine teeth are a little larger than most and look like dogs teeth, and i always wear cowboy boots unless im at work. I dont own anything else lol. 

Hence Dogtooth Cowboy (shortened to just Dogtooth)

Barrack is my last name and after a lot of time pondering a cool username I couldn't think of one so decided upon my last name instead as it is easy to say and subtle.

It’s my name I know that’s a very boring explanation but It’s the truth.

so let me offer you an alternative. I have a different username one but I’ve used in a lot of other places or variations of it. It sounds pretty cool but it’s actually the name of the piece of software.

when I was a child my mother bought me some fairly expensive academic software. The company she bought it from was so touched by her story of her homeschooled son that they sent a load of free Merch with the software. There was some T-shirts with the logo and brand name of the software on it. I love those T-shirts half to death and I used to wear them everywhere. Eventually some people started calling me the name on the T-shirt. Hence the nickname was born.

But I thought it might be a good idea to use a different username here which wouldn’t be easily connected to me as this username was. After all Peter is a very common name. There are so many peters working academia and indeed even in my own field in academia.

Mine just my name.. i could have gone with my cosplay username of Amethyst Ghoul. This is because I love the Gem Amethyst and I always love and found the horror and paranormal side and the word Ghoul interesting
