To quote someone's message, first select/highlight the relevant text, and then use the Quote button that appears
To "mention" someone, type @ followed by the start of the forum name, and choose from the list; that person will get a notification of being mentioned

I chose mine because I love Mr Men! I watched it as a kid and now watch it with my daughter.

I thought now I know I'm autistic I can use Little Miss Autism for all my online stuff now.

What's the story behind yours?

I'm not sure where to start with mine, it worked for me on multiple levels.

I wondered initially, if it'd go well on a teeshirt...

It probably would. You can do custom t shirts online and normally get a preview to see what it looks like so you could try that to see.
