I got a Girl Kitty, black and ginger, named Hope.
However, she acts as if she was kidnapped.
How may I win her over? I have a bowl of water, some tuna and a litter box for her.

She's adorable! I'd try her with kitten/cat milk rather than normal milk if you feel you have to give her milk, even if she's ok with normal milk now she may become more intolerant over time. It's best to get her onto water if possible.
I got insurance, for her, yesterday; but was unsure of her breed.
I phoned my vet, yesterday, and thought she is a Domestic Shorthair. Hopefully, I'm not too far off. I'll introduce her to the Vet tomorrow.

With cats breeds really don't matter the same as they do for dogs. The majority of cats are domestic shorthairs, it's only if they're pedigree that people generally care about it.
