What's on the menu for you today?

I'm not sure about anyone else but I try to plan in advance what I'll be having for food the next day. I've always done this and it normally takes me a long time. I'll write out recipes, foods that will clash, foods I may be hyper sensitive to and foods that are more treats than sensible.

Tonight it will be salad. Not very adventurous lol. Salad because it's sunny today and warmer than it has been and because I really can't be bothered to do anything too big. I fancy some bread and greens tonight.

Healthy too, so that can only help.

  • I use HelloFresh because otherwise I really struggle to organise my meals for the week and I'll end up eating badly (or sometimes not eating). I like that I get to pick my meals in advance and then I organise them based off when they need to be eaten by and create a meal plan for the week. Since I stopped eating meat and fish I also struggled with recipes as I didn't really know many vegetarian meals. 

    Today I'm having Thai inspired sweet potato and coconut soup with naan bread and am looking forward to it!

  • Hi Astrid! I'm really enjoying it. I get so overwhelmed trying to think of what to make out of all the possible food in the world that my brain kind of shuts down and I either make frozen food or the same meals over and over (which I get bored of and then don't eat...). HelloFresh allows me to easily add variety and stops me having to manage the hassle of buying ingredients in correct amounts. They have quite a few varied options on there too!
