New member seeking advice

Hello

I am in the process of completing self referral forms for asd assessment (in Wales if that makes any difference).

How much information/detail should I give for each question? The boxes are quite small... I am not really sure at all what to write apart from simple, short answers.

  • Hi, I did the same as Jay recommended, a ‘word’ document is easier. I found it was valuable to add to it  when I thought of things. I don’t know about Wales but some NHS trusts are not accepting self referrals. It might be better to speak to your GP and get a referral, some counties are not accepting new referrals at all because of a backlog. Not trying to cast doom on your application, it does carry more weight with a referral. Hope you get on okay.
