New member seeking advice

Hello

I am in the process of completing self referral forms for asd assessment (in Wales if that makes any difference).

How much information/detail should I give for each question? The boxes are quite small... I am not really sure at all what to write apart from simple, short answers.

I likely had the very same forms. My advice is not to worry too much about your answers - even when I literally, totally misunderstood the questions I was later told that this was actually helpful and revealing.

Thank you. I have so far answered the questions with one word answers (yes/no) or by writing things like "I have trouble making and maintaining friendships" but no more than that.

That should be fine, I think. I guess we would've been requested to provide extensive answers if that was felt necessary.
