I drink tea most of all but I'm addicted to milkshake at times
I was drinking 7 up but at the time it's all I drank so I managed to adjust my fluid intake and switched to tea and milkshake

I drink the hard stuff, straight - tap water.
Out of the two it's gotta be tea for me, not a fan of coffee. I do find it makes me pee though. I think I forget to drink enough generally, I stick with diluted juices when I do.
Black coffee, half decaf / half caf until 3pm then decaf only. Also drink tea (mostly decaf as i cant get half caf unless I use two teabags which would mean I would need a double sized mug).
For cold drinks, I prefer sparkling water. I won’t drink still water on its own in the evening as that would feel weird but can at night as I have it in a bottle by my bed.
Lucozade, I'm capable of drinking a 1litre bottle in one day along with a six pack of crisps.
Last time I bought a bottle of Lucozade at Waitrose using the self service tills, the red light started flashing and I was age checked if I was old enough to purchase it. We live in a nanny society.
I like coffee - but I have instant at home and when I am at work.
For a little daily treat before work though, I have a coffee at the little cafe next door and the coffee I have is a single shot, skinny, no sugar vanilla latte.
I do like tea and herbal teas, but I have to been in the mood for them though.
I blame my brother for my love of coffee though as he introduced it to me about 10 years ago when he bought me a mocha lol.
I like hot chocolate, but only either at home or sometimes when I am out and I know the coffee isn't as good as the little cafe I go to at work lol.
Mweekie xx
Coffee all the way up til 3pm, every 40-45 minutes. No.1 buyer of nescafe gold blend refills in Fallowfield 2 years, moved and went to deliveries now apparently no. 1 buyer in Manchester. I'm the only coffee drinker in the house. I'm not sure it's that healthy!
Peppermint tea or hot chocolate.
I like tea. Start my day with decaff but use the fully caffeinated when I need a physical, emotional or mental boost or to go along with pain killers. Every now and again I have a coffee but infrequently. If I’m eating out I will very often have liqueur coffee instead of a desert.
Most days I have a hot chocolate and I also make a cuppa soup with gravy and seasonings. I also have a couple of fave alcoholic drinks but I’m probably not supposed to mention those so I won’t.
Tea.
The only coffee I drink is a Starbucks cappuccino, but only once every few months, if that.
When I visited ENT last year, I was told that we all should be drinking 8 glasses of water a day. This is not to include the other drinks we also have during the day!
The most water I drunk was over Christmas when I had flu. I did notice that after 2 weeks of this, I had no headaches, my skin was much more hydrated too. However, I’ve struggled to keep it up, especially when I’m working. I don’t get a break and can’t carry a water bottle with me.
