I drink tea most of all but I'm addicted to milkshake at times
I was drinking 7 up but at the time it's all I drank so I managed to adjust my fluid intake and switched to tea and milkshake

My dad is like that. Drinks coffee food a long time, then tea, and then back to coffee.
Hi Gamer.
I struggle with my fluid intake, I never feel thirsty. It's caused me a lot of health complications in recent years which is not good as I'm only 27.
I mostly drink coca cola. Find myself tired a lot and this gives me an energy boost which helps me get through the day.
I’ve gone full circle with this. I always a coffee drinker up until about 2017, then I switched mainly to tea for several years. Now I’m finding myself drinking mostly coffee again.
Sorry to hear that you have to limit your intake. In reality I have to as well, because my heart gets a bit jumpy with too much caffeine, and there is only so much saturated fat that my body can take! The 85% Lindt is my staple (morning and afternoon snacks), but I may slip the odd Twirl into the mix at the weekend. I love chocolate truffles (the Lindt ones are quite nice, and Thornton's did a lovely Viennese one), but they have to be strictly rationed otherwise I turn into a chocolatey mess. What about you? Is your consumption primarily in liquid form in the evening, or are you able to squeeze in some solids as well?
You can never have too much right? :D LOL. My biggest issue is it triggers my IBS if I eat too much chocolate, such an unfortunate thing for me as I love chocolate! Do you have a favourite chocolate?
Sorry, I don't understand this concept of 'too much' in relation to chocolate! I must confess that I was tucking away a couple of chunks of 85% Lindt when I posted that last message.
If it's sweet I'll generally like it or add loads of sugar to it until it meets my sweetness expectations LOL. Chocolate in food or drink is always a nice treat for me. I try not to have too much though.
I like a drink that matches my personality.
Water = yes. Strawberries = yes. Strawberry-flavoured water = what are you doing?! Although I see you mentioned hot chocolate, and anything with the word chocolate in it is guaranteed to turn my head.
At least water is healthy though :)
I like flavoured water. My local Nisa has strawberry flavoured water which I love to buy sometimes. I find regular water a bit bland for my liking.
I know I should try to reign it in, but I see that beautifully shaped tap with its luxurious bounty and I cannot help myself.
