I drink tea most of all but I'm addicted to milkshake at times
I was drinking 7 up but at the time it's all I drank so I managed to adjust my fluid intake and switched to tea and milkshake

I drink the hard stuff, straight - tap water.
I know I should try to reign it in, but I see that beautifully shaped tap with its luxurious bounty and I cannot help myself.
Sorry to hear that you have to limit your intake. In reality I have to as well, because my heart gets a bit jumpy with too much caffeine, and there is only so much saturated fat that my body can take! The 85% Lindt is my staple (morning and afternoon snacks), but I may slip the odd Twirl into the mix at the weekend. I love chocolate truffles (the Lindt ones are quite nice, and Thornton's did a lovely Viennese one), but they have to be strictly rationed otherwise I turn into a chocolatey mess. What about you? Is your consumption primarily in liquid form in the evening, or are you able to squeeze in some solids as well?
You can never have too much right? :D LOL. My biggest issue is it triggers my IBS if I eat too much chocolate, such an unfortunate thing for me as I love chocolate! Do you have a favourite chocolate?
Sorry, I don't understand this concept of 'too much' in relation to chocolate! I must confess that I was tucking away a couple of chunks of 85% Lindt when I posted that last message.
If it's sweet I'll generally like it or add loads of sugar to it until it meets my sweetness expectations LOL. Chocolate in food or drink is always a nice treat for me. I try not to have too much though.
