Do you have a comfort item? 

I know they come in like bears, blankets, jewellery and curious if you have something that brings you comfort.

I have a necklace that was my mums and a bracelet, also a blanket, but that makes me feel like a child. 

Got a lot on today - 2 buses to my hospital appointment - and then I've got to find where I need to go and in my opinion hospital are so hard to navigate! 

I have to admit I'm taking my blanket lol. Hopefully it'll make me feel easier.

  • I’ve had things in the past.  A special coin, a tiny bean bag, random things that were nice just to rub with my thumb.  I also really like the really soft fake leather bag straps!  I don’t have anything specific at the moment, but it’s nice to have things depending on the situation.
