Do you have a comfort item? 

I know they come in like bears, blankets, jewellery and curious if you have something that brings you comfort.

I have a necklace that was my mums and a bracelet, also a blanket, but that makes me feel like a child. 

Got a lot on today - 2 buses to my hospital appointment - and then I've got to find where I need to go and in my opinion hospital are so hard to navigate! 

I have to admit I'm taking my blanket lol. Hopefully it'll make me feel easier.

  • I like bags. I always have a bag. At home I have a small bag on me at all times with my phone in it. When I was in my teens it was clothing. I would wear the same thing over and over and would cry when I had to get rid of it. I still have comfort clothes which I turn to in times of need but my bags have become my comfort blanket.
