Do you have a comfort item? 

I know they come in like bears, blankets, jewellery and curious if you have something that brings you comfort.

I have a necklace that was my mums and a bracelet, also a blanket, but that makes me feel like a child. 

Got a lot on today - 2 buses to my hospital appointment - and then I've got to find where I need to go and in my opinion hospital are so hard to navigate! 

I have to admit I'm taking my blanket lol. Hopefully it'll make me feel easier.

  • There's nothing wrong with having a blanket. If it helps then you take it with you and sod everyone else. If someone comments on you for that, let them. They wouldn't be worth your time Luna. Good luck for your appointment and bus journeys.

    I have a comfort bracelet. It has charms on it, all different colours. I have happiness charm and love charm. I have an anxiety one as well but it doesn't work. . . I might need to replace it. The bracelet makes me feel more comfortable so I wear it whenever I can.
