Do you have a comfort item? 

I know they come in like bears, blankets, jewellery and curious if you have something that brings you comfort.

I have a necklace that was my mums and a bracelet, also a blanket, but that makes me feel like a child. 

Got a lot on today - 2 buses to my hospital appointment - and then I've got to find where I need to go and in my opinion hospital are so hard to navigate! 

I have to admit I'm taking my blanket lol. Hopefully it'll make me feel easier.

I don’t still understand what’s happening to me, I only realised I’m autistic a year ago, I’m 55, I don’t know how I coped in the world. I would have not understood people like me before.
