I am ! fussy.
I like vintage styles and when they are not in style I get upset at not being able to source them.
I end up with 10 pairs to see me though the times when that style goes out.
tends to come back every few years.

Very very fussy... as a child I think I drove the shoe shop and mum crazy ... trying everything on for 3 hours, every shoe pushed and irritated somehow... then leaving without buying shoes...
Now all I wear is trainers and I just order the same pair (or the next model if the same model is no longer available) once the old ones break...
yes it is about comfort. I like formal shoes, I do not feel great in trainers. But I am sure you would hate my formal shoes. You have to wear what is good for you. Trainers are good support though.
yes for me it is comfort above all. I do not care what they look like as long as they are comfortable (except if they are pink I might think twice). Plus I have joint issues and now also have insoles so that further limits what shoes I wear but even before then comfort was top priority.
