Relationship counselling that doesn't cost the earth?!

Hi,

This is my first post on here. I basically found this website when looking for some help. My partner is Aspergic and whilst I love him to bits, both he and I feel we would benefit from some specialist counselling to help us function best as a couple, as we intend to be with each other for a long time. The only issue is I can barely find any counsellers and my partner and I have very little money. I don't want it to be a case of not being able to help my relationship because of money!!

Anyone know anything that could help?

  • Look at it this way Morgie, if your husband was e.g. exceptionally clumsy and it irritated you because he broke things or whatever, if you found out he had a condition or illness that made him clumsy would you not lose the irritation and have a lot more understanding and sympathy with him?  Asperger's is no different.
