It is so cold here today- minus all day, that I have not gone for a walk. However I noticed something interesting in the garden. I hadn't realised how many cobwebs there were, but they are on view today and fascinating as covered in frost.
How are others finding the cold?
For the past few days, there had been a thick coating of frost that looked set to stay until a snow and sleet shower yesterday washed it all away. I'd had my central heating on almost round the clock because I had just been finding it far too cold indoors.
It has to be said that whilst there are aspects of winter I like, I am definitely not a fan of icy, biting cold temperatures that penetrates through to one's bones and causes one's teeth to chatter. Brrr!
