Following some recent discussions I was wondering what others think about a section to explain how to use and amend your account. Someone mentioned having a frequently asked questions section.
Several of us have said they found it easier to follow a thread if people have a name, picture or a few letters as the long codes are hard to follow. It too me a while when I joined to work out how to do this. Also I have benefitted from answers to other people about the 'calm' setting and how to find the newest answer.
One quick way to communicate this would be to have a fixed message like the birthday one at the top.
I understand that some people work these things out but some of us aren't wonderful at tech.
