That's a nice way of looking at it Shardovan. Sadly and as you probably know there are way too many autistic people being sectioned and kept in institutions that are completely unsuitable for them. 

I even laughed at the grim bits of the Mozbiography. That's how melodramatically Dickensian it was.

I heard someone say on a podcast yesterday that if you want to see how subjective history as written can be, no better example exists than reading Morrisey's autiobiography followed immediately by Johnny Marr's. One is supposedly a guy bewildered at how he kept being a victim of circumstance, the other a 'you won't believe what we had to put up with from this guy' account of the same events. 

Very different worlds.  T'was a geographical fluke that found us at the same bars.

I frequented a bar in my 20's that he also frequented.  We did share a few words.

My impression was of a nice bloke struggling to cope with all the love and knowing he was special.  Having some space around him was always a thing.  He found himself with a cult following from the get-go.  Heavy!

Yes i'm posting a Eurovision song but don't worry it's one of the better ones (at least i think it is haha)

This song won the final on 13th May 2017 and was the last song i heard before being sectioned a few days later. Still really like it though

Heard/saw this lady sing six years ago (one of my rare live music experiences)  - she was a support act and the gig was in a church, which had been leased out for a festival.
