I first stumbled upon the Cure after hearing The Love Cats of all things, there are other individual tracks I like a great deal, but my favourite album is Disintegration

The Best Mistakes (Divine Comedy) - heard this ages ago and it left me cold, but sometimes you need to come back to a song, mood matched. Then it transforms.

Basically anything from the 80’s - but as I get older and after I came back to my Catholic faith, Gregorian Chant, especially from Nuns

My Winter Coat (The Roches) - never has someone loved their own coat so much! Cute song, funny and strangely moving. 

Truly Madly Deeply by Savage Garden. “Our Song” - I was on a psych ward and my girlfriend sent it me on Telegram, I played it endlessly on repeat and it really helped me through that difficult time.

Always been obsessed with Italian composer Ennio Morricone (would recommend any of his work) and early 80's pop/rock.

But whenever I get a headache, I try and go through a 'relaxing' certain song in my head, to help relieve tension.

I find the news so depressing these days.  So the only channels I watch on live TV are the music channels, best of the 60s, 70s, 80s.  Plenty of great music, but I hate the adverts in between, which are repeatedly asking for money to help people in Ukraine, Yeman, Africa, or money for Donkey sanctuary, monkey sanctuary, take out a co op funeral plan.

I love a song called ‘Icy love’ by Veelo, and now matter how much I play it I never get bored, it’s better with headphones..:)

Aurora Askens Norwegian singer highly recommended seen her in concert just as good in person. Wont say to much let you all find out for yourself dont want to spoil it.
