Can you share your favorite songs or musics with me please..
Always been obsessed with Italian composer Ennio Morricone (would recommend any of his work) and early 80's pop/rock.
But whenever I get a headache, I try and go through a 'relaxing' certain song in my head, to help relieve tension.
