Has any one been stopped from having holy communion in the church of England because a member of pastoral care team saw them have a meltdown?

That's awful. Write to the bishop! I'm a spiritualist, not a Christian, but I have much respect for all faith and I doubt very much that the teacher from Nazarene would have rejected one of our maker's children because of the way he or she in divine wisdom made us.
