It's hot here again. 30c today and then 35 for the next 3 days. I don't do too well in the heat so I'm suffering at the moment.

I'm trying to keep cool and not worry too much but it's feeling hot here already and it's getting to me.

  • I'm sensitive to the heat. I feel like it's super hot in the middle of winter so when it's actually hot like this week I'm in hell. I put a flannel on my face and neck. I have cold drinks with ice, ice lollies and sit in front of the fan. I still feel hot but this helps. I'll be glad when this heat is gone.
