I've never seen any autistic person say they're not blunt, and nt people can't take bluntness but most of the time I meet blunt people and I sometimes get defensive and take it to heart, does this mean I'm not autistic and I'm an NT in disguise?

Autism as I understand it is a group of traits A.K.A. a "spectrum".
There are clearly different types of Autists, some are kind and some are harsh, for example, you can see that all over this forum.
If you read about a bit, you'll soon work out whether you are one of us. IF you are managing to function so well you thik you may be N.T. then you may well turn out to have some good hints 'n' tips for the rest of us.
It just remains to offer a warm welcome to the forum, as you appear to be new here. You will find that we are "mostly harmless"..
