This might make it easier.

Hi

I notice when using the fourm that it is not always easy to tell 'who' someone is. Or to explain it I mean are they someone with autim, a paret/carer, someone that works with people with autism etc.

Many people start their posts by saying which of the above they are but I think it would be helpful to have this information from the people who reply to posts too. Would it be possible to have a it included next to the persons username on the right in the same gray bar at the top of each post.

I just think it would really help to know if the post was from someone with autism who know's what it is like or from a parent who knows what to do, etc..

Any chance of this happening?

  • On this Network the NAS have made a rule that one cannot give ones full name.

I do not know if it is possible to get this rule changed.

They want to keep us anonymous that is is the same rule for Asperger United.

On the World Autism Support Network people sometimes give their name if they want to but I remind people to say which country they are posting from.

My complaint is that it is often difficult to log on for technical reasons.
