  • We have just got back from a holiday at Primrose Valley Holiday Park, which is run by Haven Holidays. Our little boy is only 4 yrs old & Autistic with severe learning difficulties. We explained to the staff about how Isaac reacts a lot differently yo certain situations. The staff were very understanding of his behaviour & let him do everything in his own time & at his own pace. The fairground staff were amazing & did not rush him on or off the rides at anytime, & sometimes he did take quite a while to come off of some of the rides, but they never once minded & also made people wait until Isaac was clear of the rides. So on that note i would strongly advice anyone going away for a caravan break to use Haven Holidays Primrose Valley in Filley as they really did go the extra mile with us as a family unit.10/10
