Sorry but I am totally cynical about this,, obligations not met since 2010,,, held until 2014.. FOUR FCUKING YEARS later and even then,, it is just a bloody head count and some bogus NAS professional training schedule ! why are these government authorities not getting held to account !!! because it is a bullshit government pals act.
