I’ve got a German Shepherd, Zeus from 7wks old he’s now 5+ :-)
it was a GP suggestion. I got one,. Amazing
he’s fully trained to respond to sign signals.. he still has his dangly bits and very obedient for me :-)
Him waiting for me to finish the toilet business.
and another so you can see his magnificent beard:
He makes me smile as he looks the spit of scruffy.
He's basically a black Snowy from Tintin. But with lots of hilarious quirks!
update: found his obligatory christmas grooming photo!
Awwww I can understand why you love him!!! He looks so soft!!
She was a stunning dog :) very sweet.
it's not a great photo but all the others have me in it cuddling him! will try and crop as we are not meant to do things that can identify us. give me a mo.
Yes. He's a great looking guy!
can you see the photo now? It seems it wasn't showing before.
He has definitely come out more at the schnauzer end!
Awww I'll bet he's a handsome boy!!! Our cat - Bandit - was beautiful but a very angry ball of fire.... Our dog - Scruffy - was loving no matter what.
Mini schnauzer crossed with a medium poodle. He has definitely come out more at the schnauzer end!
All Sphynx are hairless! They’re very handsome
Good grief - snakes and Tarantulas? Naah. Seen Tarantulas in the wild (along with Rattlers and Scorpions) and they scared the bejezus out of me. It's one of the reasons you have a door screen in Arizona - and don't leave it open on hot evenings or you may well get household guests that you don't want, possibly in large numbers(!)

Stunning name for a best friend who loves you unconditionally.
Hello.I am a pet slave to:Winnie (7) - Black, Bombay Cat, Rescue - She loves to play and snuggle with me. She is definitely one of my best friends.Leo (6) - Leopard Gecko - Stubborn as hell and only comes out for food. Looks like a Disney cartoon character though so I forgive him for that lol.Inca (8) and Aztec (6) - Corn Snakes - Inca is grey/black/white and is nearly 5ft long. Calm, placid, except when it comes to food. Aztec is red/black/white and is about 3.5ft long. Feisty, fearless and sometimes frights the heck out of me (enter his vivarium on your peril).Truffle (8) and Chaos II (6) - Tarantulas - Truffle is my biggest. She is a Chilean Gold Burst. Fairly calm most of the time, until you give her a locust, then it's definitely Truffle 1 - Locust 0! Chaos II is a tiny Chaco Golden Knee (about the size of a 10p coin). S/He is happy just walking round his/her box. Occasionally feeds on mealworms, but doesn't touch locusts or crickets.Oak and Birch (both1) - Giant African Land Snails - Both calm, sedate and slimy lol. Love their food, especially banana and sweet potato.I am hoping to get another Russian Dwarf hamster soon as well.Mweekie xx
Also, how will we now keep our energy bills down in this cruel new world of yours?
Also, if you want to engage on this point you will need to contend with facts. 59% of households in the UK have pets. [Source: Pet Population 2021 | PFMA]. This majority will clearly not vote in a party that has banning pet ownership as a manifesto item. That is also clearly an under-estimate of the share of the population that likes the concept of pets. So your policy is a pipedream.
Monster Raving Loony Party will never get elected.
Even if this bizarre and more cruel (for dogs) world did exist, as a law-abiding citizen I would not take another pet, so I would pay no fine. Laws cannot be retroactive so I would not pay a fine for my current pet.
If I was the Prime Minister I would charge people like you with crime and have you paying hundreds of pounds in fines. Enjoy your decadence while it lasts.

I agree that the ownership of "some" pets is ethically wrong but when the relationship between an animal and a human is mutual and beneficial then I believe it's a positive.
I have a schnoodle
Schnauzer/poodle cross? We had a mongrel that looked similar to a schnoodle when I was growing up. She was called "Scruffy" who I was unknowingly allergic to as I had asthma and eczema badly. We also had a tortoiseshell cat called "Bandit" who was an angry bundle of fur. She made me itch like mad but I thought she was stunning so tried petting her anyway.
