My grandpa’s got all the symptoms of a Codine addiction because of his Bowel incontinence. I find it so difficult to cope that I turn to alcohol to numb the stress,

  • Hi! How are you doing now? I also realized that alcohol was destroying my life and that it could turn into a disaster a month ago. I understand that my depression, as well as some aggressive antics, are associated with alcohol intoxication. I used to blame the people around me for their problems, and now only my relatives are left with me. They are supporting me now, and it is very valuable. I also attend sobriety support meetings online, which helps me understand that I am acting in the right direction and I will succeed.
