I'm finding it increasingly frustrating when taking my little boy out in the public. The "NORM" child is calling him a freak. Its so upsetting to me as all my little boys wants to do is play with the kids.

Sorry, my little boy is 5 and was diagnosed with ASD 2/12 yrs ago. He's has moderate autism but is in an assement centre until we can find him a place in main stream with support. He has good vocab of language too.
What I meant by the nomal child is a child in particular and not and ASD child.
I was so angry with her calling him a freak. Ignorance I know but I seem to be coming up against this quiet a lot now and all he wants to do is socialise.
