new year :)

VERY anxious about the new year because a lot of change will occur which um i don't know how to deal with but here's my goals:


- achieve my a levels- get the best possible grades that i can get for whatever situation i end up in

- finish reading a book (i haven't in nearly 3 years lol) and read at least once a week

- continue working hard in therapy, reduce self harm and reach 1 month self harm free 

i suppose it is very easy to be hard on myself- a whole year has elapsed and i'm still battling against self harm but i've come a long way this year.
