working with an interesting concept,, can I choose a feeling. Everything comes with a feeling attached, can you choose the feeling by CHOOSING a good feeling before the task/situation starts by projection of feeling on the end result ? It is the opposite of worrying or using the worry tool in another constructive way.
On a simple example, take doing the dishes,, I hate doing the dishes,, but if I project a feeling of after I have done the dishings,, Phew finished that is good
feeling, doing the dishes is an easier task.
