I have read your posts and can say that I am looking for information with regards to stem cell treatment for quite some time now. I've even mentioned it to my GP, but he was quite sure of himself that autism cannot be cured. Very reluctant to discuss anything.
I do not know what to do, who to talk to, as I am in the same situation as many other parents. I am a single mother of two boys, one of which has been diagnosed with atypical autism, GDD (Global Developmental Delay), ADHD and ODD. My child was a normal child up to the age of 2 years old. The MMR vaccination changed his and our lives completely. He's made some progress since he's started school (he'll be Y2 in september), however I feel that he has a real chance for a good future with a proper treatment and that would be a stem cell one. I can imagine it would be a very expensive one, however there are many families outhere (especially in America) who are doing this and am hearing a lot of success stories.
I would be interested in finding out more details about your case, if you would consider helping me with some information with regards to possible costs and ways to obtain help for it.
