could just sit and cry

It feels like my somns whole life is being ripped out from underneth him, we've had to take him out of mainstream school as he cant cope, he will be home tutored til the end of his exams, hes decided he cant go to the school prom as we wont be there for him, and we have had to pull him out f the german exchange holiday as its very obvious that he wont cope as he keeps shutting down. can anyone suggest a holiday or days out that I could take him on so that he has something to look forward to that I can be there for him if needed and maybe meet some other Aspie kids.

  • Hi Puffin, thanks. It doesnt look like we will get the money back because we pulled him out but im still trying. We are stuck between a rock and a hard place at the moment, i work from home part time because I have M.S and I cant do any more, hubby is working all hrs god sends and we live in the middle of no where. we cant afford to even get him out to socialise regularly. i cant go and get any more work. and Hubby is either at work or asleep.its all getting me down a bit at the moment. My son did his CBT last week, so proud of him. its the motor bike prophiciancy assesment. we chose a chap that has taught other aspies to ride, my son has been riding a moto x bike since he was 6, its his obsession. but as i though it has suddenly dawned on him that riding the bike is fine, quite capable, but it means he has to interact with people at the petrol station, if he goes anywhere other than doing a loop and ending up back at home. his little world has just fallen apart again.
