First write down a timeline of events - especially what has happened around the time you stopped receiving help.

Gather any documents or other evidence that may show they have been lying or not doing what they are supposed wrt your care.

Do you have a friend or family member who you could share the above with (just to get a slightly more objective opinion on the situation)?

Then I suggest talking to your GP about the issues you are having with your autism team (assuming the GP is not part of the team).

The NHS England also has a "Patient advice and liaison services (PALS)"...

I assume there is something similar in Scotland, Wales & NI.

i have already made a complaint to PALS i cannot get through to my GP by phone always engaged  only relative i have is my Dad who i live with but all that has happened has effected our relationship massively

It is frustrating getting hold of the GP.

I often go in person to make an appointment.

I've also had good results using my surgeries "eConsult" service where you fill in a form on the surgeries website and they get back to you the next working day. NB: You are guided through quite a few triage questions (to ensure you aren't having a heart-attack etc.), but they are all quite straight-forward.
