don't know where to turn autism team won't help

I'm new here  first of all thank you for letting me join i keep having these violent mood swings  people end up getting hurt or things get damaged i was diagnosed with Asperger syndrome in 2005 at age 25 i was getting help but it all of a sudden stopped and since then i have been lied to by my autism team and i just don't know what to do

  • First write down a timeline of events - especially what has happened around the time you stopped receiving help.

    Gather any documents or other evidence that may show they have been lying or not doing what they are supposed wrt your care.

    Do you have a friend or family member who you could share the above with (just to get a slightly more objective opinion on the situation)?

    Then I suggest talking to your GP about the issues you are having with your autism team (assuming the GP is not part of the team).

    The NHS England also has a "Patient advice and liaison services (PALS)"...

    I assume there is something similar in Scotland, Wales & NI.
