Increasing frustration with NAS website. It's putting me off using it.

I'm getting more and more frustrated with this website. Not just the forum, but the website as a whole. I have recently been diagnosed and would like to read up on information but everytime I go to the "help section" it comes up with a page which seems to be asking me to create an account "tell us about you...name title etc". It's completely putting me off from using the website.

I even struggled to send NAS a message about this due to this problem popping up on the "contact us" page. I managed to in the end by replying to an email which they had sent me in a reply to something else I enquired about some months ago. I've used two different devices and the same thing happens on both devices.  How are people supposed to access your service for infornation?! Is it just me who has this problem?

This website of forums sucks so much it leaves me feeling depleted after dealing with it, and I tend to have more stress induced seizures as added extra non bonuses ~ so yes I find it rather off putting using it too.

I do though (all big and saviour-martyr complex) persevere with a tour of duty once in every while here to make sure the stuff we know now gets to people who don't early enough to make things easier for them ~ or at least to provide some reassurance that they are not alone in having particular problems and all that.

No unfortunately you are not the only one having this, the aforementioned and other problems ~ pretty much everything functionally involved with this website of forums is in some way compromised, so emailing the communitymanager@nas.org about the problems here is the more generally recommended option, or else:

Please send us your complaint as follows:

Providing of course people are not like me currently and actually have some strength left to write something more after finishing here. :-)

I did though telephone the NAS helpline this week or last about the forums' search engine being a waste of time and to see if they could help, and I informed them that the forums needed sorting out as they are more of a deterrent or an obstruction functionally for social interaction and community membership. :-(
