What do you like to buy and collect?

Hey I thought it would be interesting to know what we all like to buy and collect. I like to buy books, I own lots of Agatha Christie books and loads of lego minifigures which I love to buy and collect. I've also began collecting money, my mum used to collect vintage banknotes, she had an album which is now mine and in it there's money from the 1920s. Such lovely things. I've also began collecting records.

What do you all like to collect?

Parents
  • fishing lures, but a pretty modest collection, as i'm a relative newbie at fishing. i just bought $70 worth to add to my stash. it came in a tiny tiny box by mail. most weigh from about a gram to 3, a few are a hefty 7 grams.. they all have little homes in cool plano type boxes. most enjoy single occupancy, but some are double. i try to make sure the hinges are reliaable. i don't want them unexpectedly evicted.

i replace many of the original  treble hooks with singles. i don't like the trebles, which can be hard to remove from the fish.

today i'll go fishing with my lures. you have to learn how to use each style. they're all different. some, which look like fish, i'm like - i am not a fish, yet i no that's not a fish. why would a fish, which or who has lots of fish friends and fish pals and fish family, think it's a fish?

so, i don't collect things, unless i'm actively interested in the activity involved.

anyone want my old chess books, clocks, boards, pieces, etc? i stopped playing. why would i keep that stuff around?
