Hi all. My son finds it very difficult to sleep at night and asks for his phone every single bedtime. Is this a bad idea? I very rarely give in but I am at a loss as to what to do. I'm also wondering if music may be a good idea? Advice appreciated

If you give a child a mobile phone - that child will actually be brought up by an algorithm. You will have no influence over the child ever again. They will be influenced by a not very clever artificial intellegence. They'll be lost for ever and ever. In my opinion (as a teacher) the parents and childrens IQ level has slowly been fading away since about 2012 or so. They are loosing the ability to see nuance and to think for themselves - parents and children. Give a parent an IQ test in 2008 theyd score say 105. Give same parents a test today - theyd score maybe 70...?
