Hi all. My son finds it very difficult to sleep at night and asks for his phone every single bedtime. Is this a bad idea? I very rarely give in but I am at a loss as to what to do. I'm also wondering if music may be a good idea? Advice appreciated

Our son (7/yo) struggles with nightmares and goes to bed every night anxious of them. For the last two years he has the same music on quietly and it helps calm him for bedtime and the number of nightmares have reduced. In our experience, music definitely helps
