Hello everyone!
This Semester I am doing my bachelors degree in design.
I am working on a Poster that shows the influence of digital media on children.
At the moment I struggle a lot with getting overwhelmed by all the things I need to do. I just don’t know where to start though I know what to do and I already broke this big thing down into smaller steps.
I wanted to ask you, what you are doing if you deal with similar problems. What can someone do to not get overwhelmed so easily?
How can someone stay calm?
My Brain always tends to run down every step I need to do and tries to do all at once. I guess because of the fear of forgetting something.
In addition it keeps making things like buying groceries or just basic human tasks a lot more draining. It feels like I am barely functioning and I am embarrassed about that...
(I also have some anxiety around being not good enough, if you have tips for that also that would be much appreciated!)
