Good day. Colleagues in my line of work delivered an autism awareness session. Really made my day - so much of my experience reflected in others journeys.
Think I'm reconnecting after those last 8 weeks. Starting to feel more myself again. Also, social interactions dialled down today which gave me space to think, collect my thoughts and process.
Had tribunal decision over daughters school placement ,we won ,Decision heavy criticised the LA on more than 50 points .
They spent 1000's on 3 solicitors and a barrister in a case they could not win . Delaying a child from going to school for over a year.

back out of hospital ( Trauma Hospital ),, they took me in again and the surgeon explained that the fracture was nasty. Anyways they pumped me with syringes of antibiotics,,, gave me tetanus jab,, injected me with pain killers then knocked me out and investigated for nerve and ligament damage and pinned the fragments together with metal nail like things which are now sticking out.
then they put my a plaster of paris splint / casing on me. I have to go back in week for more work.
the trauma ward was brillant. room with my own TV ( and remote control ) . remote control blinds and lights. On suite shower and toilet
Been pretty anxious today; a stressful week and a lack of decent sleep hasn't helped there. Nor has the pollen levels, which apparently can have an impact.
Did some bell chiming at a wedding though and I've nearly finished reading a book on the flight of Vostok 1.
Broke my rule of not venturing out on a Saturday in order that i could buy some plants. Went out for a walk this eve and of note, saw a kestrel and two pheasants.
