busy in work -- its hard concentrating with  a holiday mood around

Trying to decide on some last minute Christmas gifts.  I never know what to buy people, this is always the part of Christmas I like the least.

Hey Desmond, what's the problem with your Macbook?  Not charging?  Maybe myself or someone else here can help you figure it out.  I'm no expert on apple stuff but I've fixed quite a few laptops over the years.

exhausting day to work today --- reopened a bug ---- had walk around garden to de-stress

My MacBook wouldn't even work on a normal charger. I'll ask the guy to trade it for parts. However, he wants me to clean it first. I am the World's Worst at leaving Laptops dusty.

One crumb of comfort is that it's a 2012 MacBook Pro. So, it was due to expire regardless.

I've had a tough week. But I'm growing as a result.

fixed my garden fountain today ,,, got wet soaked for  second time today,,, loads of rain and my river is way up in volume

watching the film "Noelle" on DIsney just after watching  all of star war Manderloran

did very little today

called in to retest part of the Pandemic software.  Getiing my head into gear as my PC connects to the secure network. 

yea some days are just like that 

I'm having one of those days where I'm busy AF, but seem to be scatter brained and making very little in the way of progress.  Thinking I should have just stayed in bed, and I guess now that I think about it it's not too early to just call it a day and be done with as, for reasons I shan't bore you with, I'll be getting up at unholy o'clock in the morning anyway.

tried  reading/understanding  the Heart Sutra but it looses me. Turns out I am not the only one.

My stomach is grand now. However, my back-left tyre needs changing. I'll take it to a cousin of my mum who sells tyres for a living.

My backup phone is my new number. I ordered a pin for a Huawei phone. But it comes with a card tray. And, knowing Amazon, it would arrive in a box that would fit a Coffee Jar.

testing chocolate in the am...... someone has to.... the bar sweetned with stevia... i don't care for it, but i'll stick thru the entire bar, which will take a few days. otherwise, trying to 'play nice' with people i've had differences with. so far, working out! kind of a new experience for me, brought on by my diagnosis... stressing over the smell of sealant used in my van... but we'll see... listening to jazz over the radio. the news is too depressing. scr*w that....!  oh,,,... breaking bad moment, just recalled lydia had a fondness for stevia... poor lydia. 

aren't you referring to the jean luc picard reboot? where he's in france growing grapes or something? that looked interesting... he's a great actor......... um, if that is what you're referring to. i'm completely out of touch.... my personal star trek would be star trek paleolithic..........

vaccinations started yesterday  those in care homes are first - and the NHS staff are next ( nurses doctors ) . My mum should be soon so i can visit her without worry

what is the code for? how are you guys doing with the vaccinations? i guess us yanks are watching with interest.....

found several bugs today in Pandemic code :) deployed code again and code is erroring out. developer lookin into it
