My MacBook wouldn't even work on a normal charger. I'll ask the guy to trade it for parts. However, he wants me to clean it first. I am the World's Worst at leaving Laptops dusty.

One crumb of comfort is that it's a 2012 MacBook Pro. So, it was due to expire regardless.

Hey Desmond, what's the problem with your Macbook?  Not charging?  Maybe myself or someone else here can help you figure it out.  I'm no expert on apple stuff but I've fixed quite a few laptops over the years.

I took it to a repair shop, and they said that it wouldn't charge; even with a normal charger.

I decided to leave it at that, format the computer and dispose of it in due course.
