Round trip to the chemist - 40 min walk - to get my script. I really need to start regular exercising again.
Upgrading memory on PC - I may make building one a project. Could be good to lose myself in some practical techie stuff and do something new.
Now I'm slowing down and not ignoring how I feel I'm starting to realise how prickly I feel around people. Major jitters before I left the house - which I didn't realise until I stopped to check in with myself. A lot of the psychological churn I think is trying to rationalise people because I think if I can find an answer to whatever I can somehow protect myself from something by doing a thing.
The fact is, some things just "are". I always seem to struggle to let go of those.
your life is like a river, if you go with the flow you will suffer less. If you resist change by hanging on to a rock the river just pulls and pushes on you more.
The aim is to go with the flow dont hang on to the banks
