You don't have to say something here but it'd be nice to get a chance to say hello

I'm sorry to hear about your worries - definitely sounds like you've come to the right place to chat with people who understand what you're going through.
Since this is such a long intros thread, people who might be able to identify with what you're talking about may be less likely to read this.
